For more than 20 years, I accumulated at the grassroots, national, regional and international levels experience in projects' design, management and evaluation. Open governance focused, I'm always exploring the universal most recent scientific and cognitive findings. My expertise covers open government, democratic governance, economic empowerment, fundraising, gender equality, human rights and public policies. This includes specialized and holistic project's design, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation and institutional development of representative institutions (territorial collectivities and parliaments), political parties, public and private sector, civil society organisations and cooperatives.
